At tantroughswimsuit.com we pride ourselves on shipping your orders at the speed of light! When you select 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air it means just that. We do not sit on your order for days before processing it and shipping it. Expedited orders placed before 3:00 PM EST are shipped out the same day and are guaranteed to arrive according to your shipment selection. Our Standard $6.95 shipping will most likely be shipped in the same time frame but on rare occasions they are shipped the following day. Deliveries are not picked up or made on the weekends.
International shipping MUST be applied to all deliveries that do not have a USPS zip code. Unfortunately expedited shipping options are not available to international customers or APO/FPO addresses. All import fees, duties, and customs will be the responsibility of the customers. Due to high international shipping rates, International customers are excluded from our free exchange policy. International customers will be charged the $54.95 shipping charge to ship any orders that are exchanged.
All orders placed with tanthroughswimsuit.com are eligible for return or exchange within 15 days of receipt provided they are in new condition. We do require the hang tags and hygienic liners are in place and a copy of your invoice is included with the return. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within 8-15 business days of our receipt of your return, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please return it to us at Lifestyles Direct, PO Box 980, Marco Island, FL 34146. Please include the invoice and any notes that pertain to your return. Please include insurance on your return as we cannot be responsible for shipments that are lost in transit.
If you would like an exchange we will ship your replacement back to you at no additional expense to you. Due to the high cost of international shipping, our free exchange policy does not apply to our international customers.
