Avoiding Weird Tan Lines...
Like tan lines? Me neither!
Sometimes I like to go to other swimwear retailers' websites to see what is trending this year in conventional swimwear. One trend that seems to stand out lately is strappy tops, strappy bottoms, strappy one pieces, strappy everything! I suppose the swimsuits look neat and all, but what do you do with all those weird tan lines afterward?
I guess you could stay in the shade and not get any sun at all. You would stay line-free, but remain desperately pale.
You could slather a thick layer of sun block on your skin to avoid the lines, but you would look like a giant people-shaped marshmallow. This method might attract the sea gulls...
The better solution would be to choose a sensible swimsuit. Better yet, choose a swimsuit that allows the sun to pass through so you have no tan lines at all! Simply move the normal straps and seams periodically (after applying an SPF lotion that matches the SPF protection of the fabric, of course), and, voila, you have a seamless tan! With the strappy suits, you would NEVER be able to keep up!
See you all next time! I hope you have a wonderful sun-filled week!
